By downloading, installing, or using the Hawksubber mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

Hawksubber is a subscription management application that helps users track recurring payments by analyzing email accounts. The service includes:

• Automatic subscription detection through email analysis
• Subscription tracking and management
• Billing reminder notifications
• Spending analytics and reporting
• Email account integration with supported providers

User Account and Responsibilities

When using Hawksubber, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when connecting email accounts
• Maintain the security of your device and app data
• Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the application
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Email Access and Data Processing

By connecting your email accounts to Hawksubber, you grant us permission to:

• Access and analyze your email messages for subscription-related content
• Process email data using third-party AI services (Anthropic)
• Extract billing information from subscription-related emails

Email content is processed temporarily only for subscription detection purposes and is not stored permanently on our servers.

Premium Subscription

Hawksubber offers premium features through in-app purchases managed by Apple App Store. Premium features may include:

• Unlimited subscription entries
• Unlimited email account connections

Subscription fees are charged through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Intellectual Property

The Hawksubber application, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without explicit permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and processing practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By using Hawksubber, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Hawksubber is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about:

• The accuracy or completeness of subscription detection
• Uninterrupted or error-free service operation
• The security of data transmission
• Compatibility with all email providers or devices

You use Hawksubber at your own risk and are responsible for monitoring your actual subscription charges and billing dates.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Hawksubber, including but not limited to missed payments, financial losses, or data loss.

Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the service at any time
• Update these Terms of Service with reasonable notice
• Terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms

You may stop using Hawksubber at any time and delete the application from your device.

Third-Party Services

Hawksubber integrates with third-party services including email providers (Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, AOL) and AI processing services (Anthropic). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Hawksubber will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Hawksubber after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
